AI-GENERATED SUMMARIES MAY CONTAIN ERRORS. USERS SHOULD VERIFY IMPORTANT INFORMATION.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

Magpie is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold Magpie harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or violation of any rights of another party.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Before filing a claim against Magpie, you agree to contact us at hello@magpie.ink to resolve the dispute informally.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.

MODIFICATIONS

Magpie may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

TERMINATION
